At The Conex Yard, we want you to purchase with confidence. If you need to return a shipping container, please review the policy below before submitting a return request.

Return Period

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

The Conex Yard accepts returns for both defective and non-defective shipping containers, provided the request complies with the terms of this policy.

To qualify for a return, the container must remain in substantially the same condition as when it was delivered and must not have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error made by The Conex Yard.

Exchanges

The Conex Yard also accepts exchanges.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for the next steps if the return is approved.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved for reasons other than a defective product or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the container. When a return is approved because the container is defective or the incorrect product was delivered, The Conex Yard will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Restocking Fees

The Conex Yard does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Refunds

After the returned container has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days after refund approval for the refund to be processed.

Non-Returnable Products

Modified, custom-built, personalized, or special-order shipping containers are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective, delivered in error, or otherwise required by applicable law.
