Warranty
Effective Date: July 23, 2026
The Conex Yard is committed to supplying quality shipping containers built for long-term performance. Eligible containers include a 5-Year Structural Warranty, which protects against qualifying structural defects resulting from manufacturing materials or workmanship during normal use.
Coverage
This warranty applies to structural issues that compromise the container’s intended performance, including:

Manufacturing defects affecting the main structural frame.

Faulty factory welds that reduce structural stability.

Perforation caused by defects in the original factory-applied protective coating or manufacturing process.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic imperfections such as surface rust, scratches, paint discoloration, or minor dents.

Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Damage resulting from improper installation, inadequate support, or unsuitable site conditions.

Damage caused by fire, flooding, storms, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Warranty Claims
To request warranty service, please contact The Conex Yard with your order information, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs showing the affected area. We may request additional documentation if needed to evaluate your claim.
Claim Review
All warranty requests are reviewed individually. If a claim qualifies under this policy, The Conex Yard will determine and provide an appropriate remedy based on the nature of the covered defect.
